The state power controlled bythe Tito clique is that of the dictatorship of the bureaucratcompradorbourgeoisie.The above facts show from various aspects that the policypursued by the Tito regime is one of restoring and developingcapitalism, namely, of reducing Yugoslavia to a semi-colonyor a dependency.The degeneration of the state power in Yugoslavia has ledto the destruction of the socialist economic system and therestoration of a capitalist economic system.
