Khrushchov, thehead of the Soviet Government, and John Kennedy, the Presidentof the United States, there will be a solution of internationalproblems on which mankind’s destinies depend.” 2We would like to ask the leaders of the CPSU: Since the1957 Declaration and the 1960 Statement say clearly thatU.S. imperialism is the sworn enemy of the people of the worldand the main force making for aggression and war, how canyou “unite” with the main enemy of world peace to “safeguardpeace”?We would like to ask them: Can it be that more than ahundred countries and over three thousand million peoplehave no right to decide their own destiny?
