Let us review our debatewith them on this question.At the Bucharest meeting in June 1960 the leaders of theCPSU made a surprise assault on the Chinese CommunistParty by distributing their Letter of Information attackingit and tried to coerce it into submission by lining up a majority.Their attempt did not succeed. But after the meetingthey advanced the argument that the minority must submitto the majority in relations among fraternal Parties, and de-336
