Thedegeneration of the socialist state into a capitalist state, thedegeneration of an independent country into a semi-colony ora dependency of imperialism, runs counter to the basic interestsof the Yugoslav people, and cannot but be opposed byall the honest Communists and the overwhelming majority ofthe people of Yugoslavia.We are in deep sympathy with the people and Communistsof Yugoslavia in their present predicament. Although the Titoclique can ride roughshod over the people for a time, we areconfident that whatever high-handed measures and whatevertricks of deception it may resort to, no ruling group will cometo a good end once it is against the people. The Tito clique isof course no exception. The deceived people will graduallywake up in the end. The people and Communists of Yugoslaviawho have a glorious history will not submit to therenegade Tito clique for ever.
