ARTICLE 105Collaboration in tackling illegal financial activitiesThe Parties undertake to prevent and tackle fraudulent and corrupt illegal activities, moneylaundering and the financing of terrorism, and shall take the necessary legislative and administrativemeasures to comply with international standards, including those set out in the United NationsConvention against Corruption, the United Nations Convention against Transnational OrganisedCrime and its Protocols, the United Nations Convention for the Suppression of the Financing ofTerrorism and the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force. The Parties agree toexchange information and to cooperate in these areas.ARTICLE 106Relationship to other agreements1. With the exception of the Articles on development cooperation provided for in Part III,Title II, of the Cotonou Agreement, in the event of inconsistency between the provisions of thisAgreement and the provisions of Part III, Title II, of the Cotonou Agreement, the provisions of thisAgreement shall take precedence.CE/PAC/en 105
