The provisions of this Chapter shall not be so construed as to oblige the Parties to extendreciprocally any preferential treatment applicable as a result of one of the Parties being party to aregional economic integration agreement with a third party on the date of signature of thisAgreement.ARTICLE 20Customs duties on productsoriginating in the signatory Central African States1. Products originating from the Central Africa Party shall be imported into the EC Party free ofcustoms duties, with the exception of the products indicated, and under the conditions set out inAnnex II.2.
