Theyshall notify the EPA Committee of any such solution. When a mutually agreed solution is adopted,the procedure must be terminated.ARTICLE 80Rules of procedure and code of conduct1. Dispute settlement procedures under Chapter 3 shall be governed by the rules of procedureand code of conduct to be adopted by the EPA Committee.2.
