ARTICLE 47Capacity-building and technical assistanceIn accordance with the provisions of Article 7, the Parties agree to cooperate in the following areasinter alia:(a)For products referred to in Appendix IA, the Parties agree to cooperate with a view tostrengthening both regional integration within the signatory Central African States andcontrol capacity in accordance with the objectives of this Agreement, and in such a manner asto facilitate trade between the signatory Central African States.(b)For the products referred to in Appendix IB, the Parties agree to cooperate with a view toimproving the competitiveness and quality of their products.CE/PAC/en 53
