ARTICLE 13Implementation1. The implementation of this Protocol shall be entrusted to the customs authorities of thesignatory Central African States and to the competent services of the Commission of the EuropeanCommunities and, where appropriate, the customs authorities of the Member States of the EuropeanCommunity. They shall decide on all practical measures and arrangements necessary for itsapplication, taking into consideration rules in the field of data protection in particular. They mayrecommend to the competent bodies amendments which they consider should be made to thisProtocol.2. The Parties shall consult each other and keep each other informed of the detailed rules ofimplementation which are adopted in accordance with the provisions of this Protocol.ARTICLE 14Other agreements1. Taking into account the respective powers of the European Community and its MemberStates, the provisions of this Protocol shall:– not affect the obligations of the Parties under any other international agreement orconvention;CE/PAC/P/en 13
