Závěrečné kapitolyrekonstruují archeologicky poznanou skutečnosta zabývají se jejím vztahem k historické (tzv.„živé“) skutečnosti.The results from the excavation of an area in themedieval centre of Most, carried out in 1976–77, isdiscussed. This was one of the two larger excavationsthat archaeologists were permitted in the town,which was then completely destroyed by brown coalsurface mining. The volume offers an analysis of individualtypes of artefacts and ecofacts.
