I am writing in the matter <strong>of</strong> the Federal Employees' Compensation Claim, cited above. As<br />

you will recall, a hearing in the matter <strong>of</strong> the claim was held on DATE OF HEARING. A copy<br />

<strong>of</strong> the transcript <strong>of</strong> the hearing was provided to the employing agency in accordance with<br />

the applicable regulation.<br />

10.617(e).] Any such submission should be addressed to the Hearing Representative at:<br />
