returned. Will need to go through the same design review process for the gas storage tank as<br />

well. Will need to have Fire Protection approval as well.<br />

* DDI and WCH to discuss tank ladder fall protection requirements. DDI to propose providing<br />

JLG, manlift, etc. in process. WCH has this proposal for review.<br />

* There will be four (4) light plants onsite, One (1) in the parking area, one (1) in the lay-down yard<br />

and two (2) in the burial ground. WCH to verify fall protection training for electricians. All<br />

work is in process.<br />

* Electrical Drawings for electrical tie-ins, as-builts and diesel tank electrical design have been<br />

submitted to WCH. DDI does not plan to resubmit incorporation of the cold weather protection<br />

plan comments until water supply line installation is complete.<br />

* WCH requested status of Cold Weather Protection plan from DDI. WCH has returned submittal.<br />

* DDI informed that water supply lines will not all be in place before start up. Discussion of not<br />

tying directly to a hydrant. There will be no direct filling of trucks until an alternative to hard tieins<br />

is in place. WCH will be issuing a CN revising the specification to use only a water fill<br />

stations for water trucks. DDI in process of building J-Stand. Stand delivered 11/9/2009, will be<br />

assembled today.<br />

* PRC Deputy Fire Marshall has requested sketch of water system configuration that will be<br />

constructed. DDI to provide. The excavation permit and non-emergency hydrant tie-in permit<br />

approvals are with the CHPRC 1 00-K Fire Protection Engineer pending their approval of this<br />

system. Additional request has been made for CAD drawings of this configuration by the Fire<br />

Protection Engineer.<br />

* Discussed LWCP requirements for dedicated and critical resources. Work packages to be revised<br />

for clarifications and will include down-posting language.<br />

" Discussed load-out start-up behind excavation and sorting. DDI request to revise PSR to have<br />

container loading and handling as a post-start for the dry runs. Dry-runs to be scheduled. WCH<br />

concurs.<br />

* Discussed the incidental welding procedures that are required per Exhibit E. WCH has reviewed<br />

and returned.<br />

* DDI to have offsite vendor to train site personnel to inspect scaffolding. Currently DDI only has<br />

one (1) competent person. DDI to schedule this. Currently their scaffolding competent person is<br />

not onsite.<br />

" There will be a work-package revision as a result of the ALARA review. There will be additional<br />

revisions to address exclusion zone postings.<br />

* DDI plans to add a third (3d) water truck and driver the water supply line and system are<br />

constructed.<br />

* Discussed the AB requirement for a drum handling plan. DDI to coordinate with WCH<br />

Engineering to establish this plan.<br />

111. PROJECT DESIGN DRAWINGS<br />

*Electrical drawings and traffic control plan drawings are in process. Diesel storage tank electrical<br />

designs and trailer site electrical as well as as-built drawings.<br />
