review, will return this week. WCH returned to DDI, status 2, with comments. DDI will be
doing a walkdown with Mr. Teachout to incorporate comments and will resubmit drawings for
approval. DDI to check on status. DDI waiting on North Point. DDI still waiting on North
Point. They have exceeded the 30-day expected response to a returned submittal. DDI to follow
up with North Point again this week. No update, still with DDI (4/20). No update (4/27).

* April month end was April 22, 2010.
OTHER COMMENTS/NEW ACTION ITEMS
* Discussed issue of inaccurate scale weights. DDI has instructed Watts to install a new scale. The
scale is part of the contract between Watts and DDI. WCH asks that the work be completed no
later than the end of May with work to be completed on weekends so not to take away from
production.
* An informal meeting with WCH, DDI and ESHI will be scheduled to discuss start and stop times
in the HRA.
" DDI is reminded that Daily Reports are to be submitted to WCH the following day. If the person
who normally completes these is out, a back up needs to be identified and trained.
" There is an issue with not having Tyvec booties for some site personnel when they are required to
enter the trenches for sampling. DDI commits to getting some on site immediately.
* DDI needs to survey signage used in the CRZ postings. Currently some signs state "Caution"
while others on the same rope state "Danger". The correct warning level for the CRZ is
"Caution". DDI will address this.
" DDI asked that WCH clarify the definition of anomalies. There seems to be some confusion on
what actually constitutes an anomaly.
