* On 7/8/2010 DDI submitted a letter addressing delays. WCH commits to providing a response<br />

when the STR returns from vacation. This will be a priority upon his return. (7/20) WCH will<br />

have this to DDI by the end of the week. (8/3) WCH has prepared a response letter and it will be<br />

given to DDI today. (8/10) Discussion of delays and WCH's letter in response to DDI's request.<br />

Further discussion tabled to another meeting. (8/17) The next meeting will be a line-by-line<br />

review. To be scheduled for next week. (8/24) DDI to provide a letter response. Meeting<br />

rescheduled for Wednesday 9/1. (8/3 1) Meeting held last week, scheduling will continue as<br />

needed. (9/7) DDI would like to schedule this to follow the 9/27 1:00 meeting. (9/22) Meeting<br />

rescheduled for Monday at 1: 00 p.m. (9/28) Delay impacts meeting scheduled for 10/6/10 at<br />

" Heaters for the tent have been delivered this week. DDI should have light plant at turn off soon.<br />

WCH urged DDI to review their Cold Weather Protection Plan. (9/28)<br />

* DDI to look at antifreeze used in containers to keep from sticking to the ERDF cans during<br />

freezing weather. DDI should contact WCH EPL for recommendations. (9/28)<br />

* DD to provide authorization letter for Mr. Soulia to sign on behalf as DDI authorized<br />

VIII. WORK PACKAGE NEEDS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY AS SET BY DDI<br />

*WCH intends to begin working on Trench I silo work packages in early August. Tentative<br />

meeting set for 8/16 to discuss work package for Trench I silos. WCH to confirm with planners<br />

on schedule. (8/3) When the initial work package is developed, craft will be involved in the fine<br />

tuning of the WP. (8/10) Meeting postponed to Monday, 8/23. (8/17) Meeting moved to<br />

Wednesday 8/25 at 8:00. In the near future a WCH planner will be on site three days a week for
