regular assessments that will be conducted. Schedule of surveillances has been developed and
there will be 27 assessments over the next year.

will incorporate the CN005 revisions.
" CN0 10 will be coming from WCH - this change notice will be authorization to de-mob the
Decon Shower Trailer.

" DDI informed that water supply lines will not all be in place before start up. Discussion of not
tying directly to a hydrant. There will be no filling of trucks until an alternative to hard tie-ins is
in place.
* PRC Deputy Fire Marshall has requested sketch of water system configuration that will be
constructed.
" Chris Guzzetti is the new EPA site representative, replacing Rob Lobos.
