* Trench I work package training to begin Tuesday 1/4/11 after the POD. (1 /4) Completed 1/5/11.<br />

(1/12) Before work can begin, a detailed briefing of the work packing will be given to the Trench<br />

I Silo work crew. (1/18) PSR complete on 1/27 and work has begun. (2/2)<br />

" Trench I RWP and BWP training to begin Wednesday 1/5/11 after the POD. (1 /4) The RWP was<br />

briefed with the crew on 1/6/11. (1/12) The RWP has been rev'd removing issues relating to the<br />

cone penetrometers and lids. The crew has been briefed on the changes. It is anticipated that the<br />

RWP might be rev'd again as a result of comments from the DNFSB. (1/25) Complete. (2/2)<br />

11I. PROJECT DESIGN DRAWINGS<br />

* None.<br />

UPDATED ROLLING 3-4 WEEK LOOK AHEAD SCHEDULE<br />

" See attached.<br />

" Trench I work package training scheduled for 1/5/11 after the POD. (1 /4) Crew briefing<br />

performed 1/5/11. (1/12) A work package revision is being completed and will be briefed by the<br />

crew before work begins. (1/25)<br />

" PSR in final review and plans are for WCH to have it available to be signed off Monday or<br />

Tuesday of next week. (1/4) PSR sign off has been rescheduled for Monday, 1/17/11. (1/12)<br />

PSR has been signed off and work has begun. (2/2)<br />

" After PSR is signed off, cone penetrometers and lids will be pulled.<br />

" Block wall will be completed. (1/4) The first layer of the block wall has been completed.<br />

Once the cone penetrometers and lids are removed, the remainder of the wall will be<br />

constructed. (1/12) Final construction of the block wall will be complete by the end of this<br />

week. (1/25)<br />

V. MANPOWER<br />

* WCH to look into why HRA Gate Guard was asked to sign "exit" paperwork at AMH.<br />

*Until weather warms up, Dust Bond needs to be shipped in heated truck. These additional costs<br />

will be communicated to WCH as an REA. (1/18)<br />

QUALITY<br />

" WCH QA will be participating in a factual accuracy meeting with DOE tomorrow about the DDI<br />

QA plan. (1/4) WCH did not receive any take away input from the meeting. (1/12) This item<br />

will remain in the minutes until DOE has submitted their findings to WCH. (1/25)<br />

" WCH QA provided DDI with copy of assessments coming up in the near future. (1/4) Scheduled<br />

date is Wednesday 1/26/11. (1/18) DOE will be on site to perform an assessment of WCH on<br />

1/26/<strong>2011</strong>. (1/25) No new information. (2/2)<br />

* QA has two new people; Amanda Toll and Jack Weaver. (2/2)
