INVOICE AND PAYMENT STATUS
* Discussion of completion incentive by trench. Per the contract DDI has the potential for partial
release of retention. For Trenches D, E, P and G one-half of the retainage may be released when
completed. A topographical survey will be required.
* DDI to submit invoice this week for July work.
o As energized as-builts have not yet been received, WCH anticipates additional 15%
withholding from July payment.
OTHER COMMENTS/NEW ACTION ITEMS
0 Monthly Air Quality Data Summary Records have not been seen/reviewed by Dan Saueressig
(WCH EPL) since November.
* WCH asked how DDI is tracking BCL material. No measurement/tracking of BCL material has
been provided to WCH.
o DDI indicated a survey will be completed to measure quantity when the stockpile is
completed.
& Delay meeting will be held 7/27 at 1:00.
