" WCH return traffic control drawings to DDI, status 2. DDI will be resubmitting soon
incorporating the WCH comments. DDI to submit this week. Drawings are with North Point for
revision and will be resubmitted upon their return. DDI is well beyond the 30-day resubmission
for updated drawings. WCH will be issuing an SDR regarding this issue. DDI has indicated they
are working on a deficiency letter which will be submitted to Watts for this and several other
deficiencies. (5/11) No update. (5/18) No update. (5/2 5) WCH received traffic control submittal
6/3 and is in review of same. (6/8) WCH has returned to DDI status 2. (6/22) No change. (6/29)
They commit to resubmitting drawing by 7/21 (7/14). DDI will install signs to match the traffic

" WCH requests as-built drawings of the energized water system. No update (5/4). No update.

copies. WCH will provide a drawing number to DDI. (6/29) DDI has received the reviewed
comments from WCH and is working to get the drawing updated. WCH has provided base
CADD file and DDI is in process of updating drawing. (7/14). DDI is working with their

CHANGE NOTICES/STATUS/CHANGE ORDERS

* DDI can expect to see revision soon to Change Notice 025 regarding use of last four digits of
employee social security numbers as identifier. DDI indicates they have not yet received this
revision. WCH to follow-up. (7/14) WCH will be issuing a revision to this CN by the end of the
week. (7/20) WCH has submitted to DDI. (7/27)
* WCH returned CN 016 to DDI for corrections and changes. (6/1) No update. (6/8) WCH has
received proposal and is making minor adjustments. (6/22) DDI will resubmit proposal by 7/26.
(7/20) WCH waiting on DDI response to hours needed to change out cable. (7/27)
* WCH is returning CN 007 R. 1 and CN 019 for corrections and changes. (6/8) WCH has
received proposal for CN 007 R. 1 and is reviewing. (6/22) WCH commits to completing review
by 7/19. (7/14) WCH is waiting on proposal from DDI for CN 019. (7/27)
* WCH has issued CN 026 for the Trench I equipment and materials. (6/22) Discussion about start
of fabrication for Trench I equipment from Jewell. WCH requests DDI confirm that fabrication
started on 7/14. DDI to provide WCH with itemized procurement and delivery schedule for
fabricated equipment. (7/14)
o DDI has not received any information on the Trench I camera specs or equipment
specs for the 400 excavator. They will follow up with the vendor. (5/11) Some specs
have been received, but more are needed. Confer with D. Teachout for specifics.
(5/18) WCH is in development of change notice for Trench I work. (5/25) No update.
(6/1) DDI is to follow-up ASAP to provide the specs. Trench I operations scheduled
to begin late July/early August. (6/8) WCH discussed concerns (6/15) WCH has
transmitted to DDI CN 026 to provide clamshell and camera excavation equipment.
(6/22) Proposal to be provided to WCH by close of business this week. (6/29) WCH
has requested a delivery schedule for equipment. DDI will provide drawings/details
for equipment (7/6) DDI provided schedule for equipment fabrication from Jewell.
