" WCH asked how DDI is tracking BCL material. No measurement/tracking of BCL material has
been provided to WCH. (7/27) DDI states they are tracking loader buckets and CAT truck loads
on a daily report. They will confirm if it is included in the daily report being provided to WCH.

DDI indicated a survey will be completed to measure quantity when the stockpile is
completed. (7/27) DDI indicates this is being tracked. WCH would like to review data; DDI

I11. PROJECT DESIGN DRAWINGS
*DDI still needs to submit for WCH review as-builts for electrical as well as the energized water
line. (5111) No change. (5/18) No change. (5/25) Electrical drawing modifications have been
discussed between DDI and WCH STR. (6/1) This is a topic of discussion in a meeting on 6/10
between Watts and DDI. (6/8) DDI has additional questions about these as-built requirements.
(6/15) No change. (6/22) WCH has received and is in review. (6/29) DDI has received the
reviewed comments from WCH and is working to get the drawing updated. They commit to
having the drawing resubmitted by 7/21. (7/14) No change. (7/20) The drawing needs to revved
to reflect 15 amp versus 20 amp fuses. (7/27) Fuse has been changed out in accordance with the
drawing. WCH is returning status 1. (8/3)

* No intrusive work can be started relative to Trench I until the PSR has been approved and signed
off by WCH management.

* Recently WCH observed operators driving water trucks. Per the HSSA contract that is not
allowable. DDI will issue a letter to their sub-tier, WCI concerning this. (8/10)
EQUIPMENT

* Rock truck left the site on 8/2. (8/3) The rock truck is not DOT legal and should not be run on
the road when traveling to and from the site. (8/10)
0 350 excavator will be on site by the end of the week. A bucket that may be utilized on this
machine that is configured for CRATER use is coming from the WCH 100-D project without
required escorting, etc. (8/3) No update, DDI to confirm the ETA of the 350 to the project.
