* Trailer mobilization has been pushed back to week of 9/8/09. DDI does not yet have their<br />

subcontract procurements in place. Expect that they should be completed by close of business on<br />

9/1/09. Once in place, drawing can begin. Trailers arrive on-site 9/08/2009. Trailers to be<br />

complete by 9/24. Occupancy permits received for POD, RCT and change trailers. Shower<br />

trailers yet to be complete.<br />

" DDI will be using Oxarc as a vendor for supplied breathing air systems. Equipment will start<br />

being delivered to the site during the first week of October.<br />

" Remediation PSR Checklist draft in process of review. Completion of items in process. Scheduled<br />

completion 10/5.<br />

" Discussed gasoline fueling requirements in Burial Ground and how this will be addressed by<br />

Watts Construction.<br />

* Discuss diesel fuel storage tank requirements, potential location, power needs and documentation<br />

requirements. Tank to be delivered 9/24. DDI to submit tank rigging plan and details, WCH to<br />

verify plan requirements for 8,000 gallon tank. DDI to submit tank details and design.<br />

* Discuss tank ladder fall protection requirements.<br />

" Discuss training and Work Package development schedule. To be completed this week, ready for<br />

JHAs on 9/29. JHA's scheduled to be complete today.<br />

* Daily reports need to be provided daily.<br />

" WCH to revise Exhibit E for CRATER bucket dimensions.<br />

* IH equipment to begin showing up in the next two weeks. IH program to be submitted this week.<br />

* WCH to clarify tritium downwind monitoring requirements.<br />

* Joe Price (IH Lead) and Michael Lighty (Project Controls) were introduced as new DDI<br />

employees.<br />

* WCH to verify hydrant pressure, tie-in permit, etc. WCH needs a sketch locating underground<br />

road crossings and planned location for underground waterline. DDI to provide details.<br />

* Discussed site lighting in new walking and working areas, all of these areas to be verified for<br />

proper lighting.<br />

" WCH to have CTA ready for use this week. They are coordinating with CHPRC to discontinue<br />

their use of CTA (DDI currently has Cal. Chor. delivery and application scheduled for Tuesday,<br />

9/29/09. Has been pushed out till Thursday, 10/1/09.<br />

" Subcontractor onsite offices to be in place next week.<br />
