rescheduled for Friday, July 30 pending support availability. (7/14) DDI expressed beryllium
concerns for this activity. WCH has determined this site to be beryllium free, but this is being reevaluated
by WCH 111. (7/20) A re-evaluation determined the area to be beryllium free. The
"Beryllium Free Facility" form has been signed off by WCH 1H. WCH will evaluate if there is
support available for working on 7/30. (7/27) Work did not occur on 7/30, DDI to request
working Friday, 8/20 when their sampler is available to support this work. (8/3) No update.
(8/10) WCH commits to supporting confirmatory sampling and limited CTA maintenance
activities on 8/20. WCH will provide OT approval today. (8/17)
" Prior to moving the truck scale with the non-conforming lifting eye, a lift plan will be developed.

" Discussed future start-up plans for Trench N. DDI to present plan for Trench N for WCH

meeting Monday 7/19 with pertinent DDI and WCH personnel to discuss plan for Trench N.
(7/14) This meeting has been delayed until the week of 7/26 to ensure key DDI personnel are
able to attend. (7/20) Meeting to be scheduled for 7/29 at 1:00. (7/27) DDI is developing work
plan as discussed in meeting. A follow up meeting scheduled for Thursday afternoon at 1:00.
Discussed the status of plans for handling and disposition of known large canisters in Trench K,
DDI to provide details. (6/29) No update. (7/6) This will be included in the discussion to be
scheduled on Monday afternoon, 7/19. (7/14) This meeting has been delayed until the week of
7/26 so key DDI personnel are able to attend. (7/20) This meeting will be rescheduled to the
same time as the Trench N discussion. (7/27) Canisters will be loaded out into single use
containers. This will be included as part of the discussion in Thursday's meeting. (8/3) Meeting
scheduled last week was delayed. Meeting rescheduled to follow delay meeting this afternoon if
the key personnel are available. (8/10) Meeting to be rescheduled to 1:00 Wednesday 8/18.

" DDI is scheduling a 25-ton certification scale test for Kenworth trucks on Tuesday, June 29 at
10:00. A WCH engineer will participate in witnessing the test. (6/22) Test rescheduled to 6/30.
DDI working to obtain information from G & H for hoist modifications. (6/29) Test, as
performed, was not successful. DDI is making arrangements for another test, tentatively
scheduled for 7/12/2010. (7/6) A second test was performed without success. DDI is submitting
certifications today for four (4) of the shuttle trucks. (7/14) These include the 22-ton shuttle
trucks. (7/14) DDI has submitted certs, WCH has not received. DDI is planning on bringing an
additional 25-ton truck to the project. (7/20) One Kenworth truck will be removed from the site,
to be replaced by a 25T Peterbilt truck. (7/27) WCH has received submittals and is in review.
Truck will be on-site by the end of this week. (8/3) DDI to submit cert for new Peterbuilt truck
by end of the day. (8/10) All certs have been approved by WCH and are being returned status 1.

" On 7/8/2010 DDI submitted a letter addressing delays. WCH commits to providing a response
when the STR returns from vacation. This will be a priority upon his return. (7/20) WCH will
have this to DDI by the end of the week. (8/3) WCH has prepared a response letter and it will be
given to DDI today. (8/10) Discussion of delays and WCH's letter in response to DDI's request.
Further discussion tabled to another meeting. (8/17)
* WCH asked how DDI is tracking BCL material. No measurement/tracking of BCL material has
been provided to WCH. (7/27) DDI states they are tracking loader buckets and CAT truck loads
on a daily report. They will confirm if it is included in the daily report being provided to WCH.
