* WCH asks if DDI has any plans to bring on an additional teamnster. (8/10) DDI indicated there<br />

are no plans to bring on another teamnster. This leaves seven (7) teamsters for 10 trucks. (8/17)<br />

* Recently WCII observed operators driving water trucks. Per the HSSA contract that is not<br />

allowable. DDI will issue a letter to their sub-tier, WCI concerning this. (8/10) DDI has not yet<br />

issued letter. (8/17)<br />

EQUIPMENT<br />

* See attached.<br />

0 350 excavator will be on site by the end of the week. A bucket that may be utilized on this<br />

machine that is configured for CRATER use is coming from the WCH Il00-D project without<br />

required escorting, etc. (8/3) No update, DDI to confirm the ETA of the 350 to the project.<br />

(8/10) The 350 excavator will be on site by the end of the week or first of next week. (8/17)<br />

VIII. WORK PACKAGE NEEDS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY AS SET BY DDI<br />

* None.<br />

* WCH intends to begin working on Trench I silo work packages in early August. Tentative<br />

meeting set for 8/16 to discuss work package for Trench I silos. WCH to confirm with planners<br />

on schedule. (8/3) When the initial work package is developed, craft will be involved in the fine<br />

tuning of the WP. (8/10) Meeting postponed to Monday, 8/23. (8/17)<br />

" WCH is testing the use of tungsten silicone mats as shielding/distance barriers for ERDF cans. If<br />

these work as an effective shield, the technical procedure may need to be revised for the use of<br />

them. (8/10) WCH will work with planners for any needed revisions relating to the use of<br />

silicone mats. (8/17)
