on the hygiene shower trailer at this time. WCH will revise Exhibit D to de-mob the Decon<br />

trailer.<br />

" DD[ will be using Oxarc as a vendor for supplied breathing air systems. Equipment has been<br />

ordered and status update will be provided by DDI before 10/19. Equipment is continuously<br />

arriving. WCH to confirm which fittings are being used by the RCTs - Hanson or Schrader?<br />

" Remediation PSR Checklist draft in process of review. Completion of items in process. Scheduled<br />

completion 10/22. All items should be completed relating to the PSR no later than end of this<br />

week. PSR Management review for sign off after all dry runs are completed - on or about<br />

11/4/2009. DDI requested to follow up on QA and Training plans and then meet with E.<br />

Adamson. GO-4 forms have been submitted. Discussed training and tracking program.<br />

" Discussed diesel fuel storage tank requirements, potential location, power needs and<br />

documentation requirements. Tank to be delivered 9/24. DDI to submit tank rigging plan and<br />

details, WCH to veify plan requirements for 8,000 gallon tank. DDI to submit tank details for<br />

hose and reel design. DDI to provide appropriate submittals, which WCH has reviewed and<br />

returned.<br />

* DDI and WCH to discuss tank ladder fall protection requirements. DDI to propose providing<br />

JLG, manlift, etc. in process.<br />

* IH equipment is on-site, excavators are being set up and personnel are in training. Equipment is<br />

now ready to support mock-ups and dry runs.<br />

" WCH to clarify tritium downwind monitoring requirements. WCH checking on Rad~on and<br />

Environmental requirements. DOE has agreed with proposal and it has been forwarded to EPA<br />

for review/concurrence. Tritium monitor is in place.<br />

" Discussed site lighting in new walking, working areas and tent areas, all of which are to be<br />

verified for proper lighting. Discussion continued on alternative light sources such as light plant<br />

at rail crossing into site, additional parking lot and entrance lighting. Light plants to be used for<br />

vehicle parking area. Some additional discussion is needed about fall protection/aerial lift<br />

training.<br />

" Need Electrical Drawings for electrical tie-ins, as-builts and diesel tank electrical design.<br />

* WCH requested status of Cold Weather Protection plan from DDI. WCH has returned submittal.<br />

" DDI needs to abide by the approved bucket truck inspection plan. WCH Safety to follow up on<br />

aerial lift and associated fall protection requirements. SME needs to take a look at the bucket<br />

truck.<br />

" DDI informed that water supply lines will not all be in place before start up. Discussion of not<br />

tying directly to a hydrant. There will be no filling of trucks until an alternative to hard tie-ins is<br />

in place. WCH will be issuing a CN to use only a water fill station for water trucks.<br />

" PRC Deputy Fire Marshall has requested sketch of water system configuration that will be<br />

constructed. PRC may hold up hydrant tie-in and/or permnit until configuration and details are<br />

complete.<br />

designs and trailer site electrical as well as as-built drawings.<br />
