" Trailer mobilization has been pushed back to week of 9/8/09. DDI does not yet have their
subcontract procurements in place. Expect that they should be completed by close of business on
9/1/09. Once in place, drawing can begin. Trailers arrive on-site 9/08/2009. Trailers to be
complete by 9/24.
" DDI will be using Oxarc as a vendor for supplied breathing air systems. Equipment will start
being delivered to the site during the first week of October.
" Remediation PSR Checklist draft in process of review.
" Discussed gasoline fueling requirements in Burial Ground.
" Discuss diesel fuel storage tank requirements, potential location, power needs and documentation
requirements. Tank to be delivered 9/24. DDI to submit tank rigging plan and details, WCH to
verify plan requirements for 8,000 gallon tank.
" Discuss training and Work Package development schedule. To be completed this week, ready for
JHAs on 9/29.
" Daily reports need to be provided daily.
