needed. (9/7) DDI would like to schedule this to follow the 9/27 1:00 meeting. (9/22) Meeting<br />

rescheduled for Monday at 1:00 p.m. (9/28) Delay impacts meeting scheduled for 10/6/10 at<br />

1:00. (10/5) Delay impacts meeting to be rescheduled, time TBD. (10/12) DDI has completed<br />

review and would like to meet again to put this issue to rest. Meeting will be scheduled as soon<br />

as possible. (10/26) Meeting rescheduled for today at 1:00 to discuss the last couple weeks. A<br />

meeting to discuss impacts TBD. (11/2) Delay status meeting today at 1:00. (11/9) WCH and<br />

DDI met on 11/15/2010 and will continue these discussions. (11/16) WCH would like to have<br />

complete agreement on delays so DDI is in a position to submit request for delays past 45 days.<br />

The weekly meetings will resume beginning Thursday, 12/2. (11/30) Currently, delays have been<br />

discussed through the end of November. DDI to respond to WCH letter regarding delays.<br />

Moving forward, DDI will follow the equipment and manpower process as lined out in Exhibit B<br />

from this date forward. (12/7) WCH is requesting that DDI provide a letter of agreement on the<br />

45-day of scheduled delays. In return, WCH will provide to DDI a letter agreeing to a calculated<br />

method versus TIA for delays. November 30' was the last day of the 45-day of delays. (12/14)<br />

WCH to respond to 12/15/10 DDI delays letter, concurrent to meeting 45 days of Exhibit B<br />

delays as of 11/30/10. This letter will include explanation of how the delay days were<br />

determined/calculated. (12/28) WCH will have letter to DDI completed by COB today. (1/4)<br />

WCH Procurement has letter and is working on distribution of letter to DDI. (1/12) Procurement<br />

will issue the letter by COB today. (1/18) Delays for December are recorded and up-to-date and<br />

WCH/DDI are working through the delays for January. The delays in further discussion are<br />

related to equipment delays versus personnel delays. DDI has submitted an updated equipment<br />

list with rates for WCH to review. (1/25) Procurement is reviewing equipment standby rates.<br />

They are also evaluating standby versus delays and effect each has on the contract. (2/2)<br />

" Stainless steel acid overpack decontamination needs to be completed. (10/12) This has not yet<br />

been done. Drums are currently contained in the anomaly staging area. (10/26) Characterization<br />

plan development is in process. The drums are in an exclusion zone due to the contamination on<br />

the outside of the drums. (11/2) No change. (11/9) WCH is developing a characterization plan.<br />

(11/16) No update. (11/30) Characterization plan is with WCH Engineering for review. (12/7)<br />

No update. (12/14) Characterization plan is at the planning for evaluation. (12/28) No change.<br />

(1/4) Plan has been returned from the planning department and is in review by project<br />

management. WCH would like to have review complete and returned to planning with changes<br />

this week. (1/12) Hans Carmen, RE who will be helping Doug Teachout, will be taking the lead<br />

in finalizing this plan. (1/18) A JHA walkdown is scheduled for tomorrow. Once final tweaks<br />

are completed, plan will be reviewed with the crew and implemented. (1/25)<br />

* RCTs working on survey of trenches D, E, P and G to prepare for GPERS survey. (11/16)<br />

Surveys on hold due to weather conditions. (11/30) DDI requests trenches D, E, P, and G<br />

retainage release. WCH is evaluating this. Surveys to begin, weather and personnel permitting.<br />

(12/14) RCTs scheduled to begin surveys of trenches D and P on 1/3/11. (12/28) WCH<br />

suggested that Trenches 0, J, L and H be down posted. (1/4) Down posting of trenches not yet<br />

complete. Some additional debris in the bottom of the trenches will need to be excavated and<br />

disposed of prior to down posting. (1/12) There are twelve (12) small spots that will be dug (no<br />

more than 6" by shovel) and bagged by a laborer in full PPE with RCT support before area will<br />

be downposted. (1/18) Approximately half of the spots have been cleaned up to date. (1/25)
