" DDI and WCH to discuss tank ladder fall protection requirements. DDI to propose providing<br />

JLG, manlift, etc. in process. WCH has this proposal for review. DDI to provide revision to the<br />

plan as part of the change notice proposal.<br />

" Electrical Drawings for electrical tie-ins, as-builts and diesel tank electrical design have been<br />

submitted to WCH. Review and comments to be returned to RDC today. DDI incorporating<br />

comments.<br />

* WCH requested status of Cold Weather Protection plan from DDI. WCH has returned submittal<br />

with comments. DDI does not plan to resubmit incorporation of the cold weather protection plan<br />

comments until water supply line installation is complete. WCH has completed cold weather<br />

protection surveillance. DDI has missed submitting some daily cold weather check lists.<br />

" PRC Deputy Fire Marshall has requested sketch of water system configuration that will be<br />

constructed. DDI to provide. The excavation permit and non-emergency hydrant tie-in permit<br />

approvals are with the CHPRC 1 00-K Fire Protection Engineer pending their approval of this<br />

system. Additional request has been made for CAD drawings of this configuration by the Fire<br />

Protection Engineer. WCH will develop a CAD drawing from the info that DDI has provided.<br />

Waiting on FPE authorization. WCH will follow up on status.<br />

* Discussed load-out start-up behind excavation and sorting. DDI request to revise PSR to have<br />

container loading and handling as a post-start for the dry runs. Dry-runs have been completed<br />

and loadout authorized.<br />

" DDI to have offsite vendor to train site personnel to inspect scaffolding. Currently DDI only has<br />

one (1) competent person. DDI waiting on training resource to get additional persons trained.<br />

* DDI plans to add a water truck (third) and driver as the weather turns drier. The second water<br />

truck will be on site later this week.<br />

* WCH requests the status of the two small buildings. (CN 007 R. 1) One shack was delivered on<br />

December 8 t<br />

" Discussion of waste oil uses and testing of same if oil is taken off site. Will discuss ffurther with<br />

environmental regarding Watts' re-use of waste oil. WCH is investigating from an environmental<br />

perspective.<br />

" Discussed compressed gas cylinder removal options. Currently on hold across FR while WCH<br />

works through a solution. Watts has designed a double bottle cradle to be mounted on machines<br />

that will have a load rated capability. Per Bill Junkins, need engineering approval that design will<br />

hold the weight of the lifting device. Per Everett Adamson, DDI should make sure that the<br />

fabrication is compliant with their QA manual.<br />

* Discussed trench scheduled. DDI plans daily to have two primary sorts, two secondary sorts, and<br />

one load-out for now.<br />

* WCH requests a site absences coverage plan. DDI is working on this.<br />

" Discussed safety incentive quarterly payment details. DDI asked if this applied to mobilization,<br />

WCH to follow up.<br />

" Discussed delays/schedule impacts tracking and resolution.<br />

" Discussed working copy requirements for technical procedures.
