rescheduled for Wednesday 9/1. (8/3 1) Meeting held last week, scheduling will continue as<br />

needed. (9/7) DDI would like to schedule this to follow the 9/27 1:00 meeting. (9/22) Meeting<br />

rescheduled for Monday at 1:00 p.m. (9/28) Delay impacts meeting scheduled for 10/6/10 at<br />

1:00. (10/5) Delay impacts meeting to be rescheduled, time T13D. (10/12) DDI has completed<br />

review and would like to meet again to put this issue to rest. Meeting will be scheduled as soon<br />

as possible. (10/26) Meeting rescheduled for today at 1:00 to discuss the last couple weeks. A<br />

meeting to discuss impacts TB3D. (11/2) Delay status meeting today at 1:00. (11/9)<br />

* Stainless steel acid overpack decontamination needs to be completed. (10/12) This has not yet<br />

been done. Drums are currently contained in the anomaly staging area. (10/26) Characterization<br />

plan development is in process. The drums are in an exclusion zone due to the contamination on<br />

the outside of the drums. (11/2) No change. (11/9)<br />

" WCH asks if there is an "all-call" option available on the radios which, when triggered, makes an<br />

announcement over all of the radio channels. The option is not the scan function that<br />

automatically changes channels, but one that issues announcements simultaneously over all<br />

channels. WCH requests that DDI look into this and if available check into the costs of<br />

purchasing several for the project. (10/26) DDI is still researching options. (11/2) DDI has<br />

received a quote for this function and will look into scheduling to have the radios programmed<br />

over the Thanksgiving holiday. WCH to provide change notice for DDI to proceed with this.<br />

plan, but no definite date has been determined. (11/2)<br />

WORK PACKAGE NEEDS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY AS SET BY DDI<br />

*WCH intends to begin working on Trench I silo work packages in early August. Tentative<br />

meeting set for 8/16 to discuss work package for Trench I silos. WCH to confirm with planners<br />

on schedule. (8/3) When the initial work package is developed, craft will be involved in the fine<br />

tuning of the WP. (8/10) Meeting postponed to Monday, 8/23. (8/17) Meeting moved to<br />

Wednesday 8/25 at 8:00. In the near future a WCH planner will be on site three days a week for<br />

support with work packages and technical procedure needs. (8/24) Informal review of existing<br />

work packages has begun by WCH Planners. WCH will involve DDI field personnel as the work<br />

draws closer. (8/3 1) Ongoing. (9/7). WCH would like to begin including DDI SS in the work
