* Discussed the utilization of Doug Bowers on SCBA. It is expected that this is a DDI function.<br />

Explained that DDI is to provide equipment for these types of entries. But, with that said, WCH<br />

will do everything it can to support these tasks as necessary. DDI is getting a person SCBA<br />

certified. A discussion regarding the use of WCH equipment by trained personnel is needed.<br />

* DDI is to identify and establish a container dumping area. This will be coordinated with the<br />

WCH EPL. Identifying this area needs to become a priority.<br />

" WCH has three confirmatory sampling sites what will require DDI equipment support. More<br />

information will be provided soon.<br />

" WCH is concerned that DDI has not produced a baseline schedule for the project. DDI planning<br />

to submit next revision of baseline schedule on 3/16/20 10. WCH will be issuing an SDR to DDI<br />

for the lack of a baseline schedule.<br />

* DDI to develop a process for segregating metal debris from void space to keep the wrong items<br />

from being loaded out. DDI is developing a posting system to identify specific segregated areas.<br />

* DDI needs to provide better direction with regards to Friday work. As of today there are plans to<br />

work this Friday, March 19, 2010 installing. the waterlines across the fence to the WCH site.<br />

* CRATER bucket brought on site this morning is slightly larger than specs. WCH is checking<br />

with CRATER engineer to see if it can be used. Until a response is received the bucket is not to<br />

be used. DDI to ensure that the bucket is not accidentally put into service. They plan to tag it out<br />

of service. The bucket is being modified with welded plates to fit the proper specs.<br />

*WCH return electrical and traffic control drawings to DDI, status 2. DDI will be resubmitting<br />

soon incorporating the WCH comments. DDI to submit by 3/18/2010.<br />

VIII. WORK PACKAGE NEEDS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY AS SET BY DDI<br />

" There will need to be a work package created for the installation of the tank ladder and fall<br />

protection for the ladder use.<br />

* DDI to evaluate work package and JIIA needs to the water system installations. This needs to be<br />

set into motion by 3/10 at the latest or the work package and JHA will not be complete in time for<br />

work on Friday, March 19. WCI- Planner should have revisions to General <strong>Site</strong> Maintenance<br />

work package for this work in next day or so.<br />
