9/1/09. Once in place, drawing can begin. Trailers arrive on-site 9/08/2009.<br />

" Discuss dry-run requirements for PSR to begin remediation activities.<br />

" Discuss requirements of 2-week baseline for air monitoring with site perimeter monitors prior to<br />

burial ground excavation activities.<br />

o Electricians walkdown prior to energizing is necessary.<br />

" Discuss signage for electrical buried cable, road crossing, etc.<br />

" Additional discussion of upcoming submittals due. DDI provided schedule update.<br />

" EJTAs are needed on all personnel to complete PNF process.<br />

* DDI to submit an SPCC in place of the OMP.<br />

" DDI to provide schedule date to begin use of the CTA (tentatively 9/18).<br />

" Discussion of WCH HGET gap training for personnel badged through OHCs.<br />

" SEC is currently pursuing acquisition of CIII and an 1H lead. Approval request for these<br />

positions will be submitted soon. DDI planning to use CIII from ERDF for the weekly site<br />

oversight and operations support.<br />

EQUIPMENT<br />

" Heavy equipment inspections scheduled for the week of September 14th at Watts' yard in<br />

Kennewick.<br />

" Ken Jenkins needs to be scheduled to come and discuss fall protection plan with Pac-Mobile.<br />

Elevated work will not begin until the week of September 15th, just the delivery of the trailers<br />

will begin next week. JLG to show up on the last day to put all the buildings together. All ridge<br />

caps will be completed on the last day.<br />

VIII. WORK PACKAGE NEEDS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY AS SET BY DDI<br />

" Work packages (USQ screening) required to be performned.<br />

" DDI to determine if they should be using any specific channel on the radio. Need to<br />

coordinate with other <strong>Hanford</strong> contractors to see which channels, bands and frequencies they<br />

are using. DDI will perform a test with the radios they plan to use to verify any specific<br />

channel needs.<br />

MATERIAL<br />

*DDI to schedule forklift to be on site before WCH schedules Teamsters to deliver drums and<br />

pallets from 618-1. The fork lift operator will be working to the site mobilization work package.
