REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION
*DDI will be issuing an RFI for the scheduler position, duties and WCH expectations. No update

TECHNICAL DATA SUBMITTALS/STATUS

Electrical Drawings for electrical tie-ins, as-builts and diesel tank electrical design have been
submitted to WCH. Review and comments to be returned to RDC today. DDI incorporating
comments and will resubmit. DDI to submit by 1/28/20 10. WCH has received, in
preliminary review, will return this week. WCH returned to DDI, status 2, with comments.
DDI will be doing a walkdown with Mr. Teachout to incorporate comments and will resubmit
drawings for approval. DDI to check on status. DDI waiting on North Point. DDI still
waiting on North Point. They have exceeded the 30-day expected response to a returned
submittal. DDI to follow up with North Point again this week. No update, still with DDI
(4/20). No update (4/27). No update (5/4). No update from DDI. WCH issued SDR. (5/18)

* WCH return traffic control drawings to DDI, status 2. DDI will be resubmitting soon
incorporating the WCH comments. DDI to submit this week. Drawings are with North Point for
revision and will be resubmitted upon their return. DDI is well beyond the 30-day resubmission
for updated drawings. WCH will be issuing an SDR regarding this issue. DDI has indicated they
are working on a deficiency letter which will be submitted to Watts for this and several other
deficiencies. (5/11) No update. (5/18) No update. (5/25) WCH received traffic control submittal
6/3 and is in review of same. (6/8)

* DDI can expect to see revision soon to Change Notice 025 regarding use of last for digits of
employee social security numbers as identifier.

" WCH is returning CN 007 R. 1 and CN 0 19 for corrections and changes. (6/8)
* WCH is issuing CN 026 for the Trench I equipment and materials.

* Letter to DDI: Deficiency Reports
IN VOICE AND PAYMENT STATUS
*WCH has received billing for May and is reviewing.
o WCH will be sending a letter to DDI indicating that WCH intends to withhold payment until
the overdue as-built drawings are received. DDI requested WCH to provide value of
holdback. WCH agreed to communicate this by the end of the day. (6/8) Proficiency
withholding (retainage) to be released when as-builts are received and deemed compliant.
