1. SAFETY
*Safety topic: See the blacken hills; the cool spell will not last long. Need to be aware of the fire
dangers. School will be starting next week; more people and busses will be out and about, need
to pay attention while driving.

ACTION ITEMS FROM LAST MEETING/STATUS
* Drawings not complete; site layout is a post-start item and a status will be given at the Thursday
meeting. DDI has initiated drawing designs.
" Equipment List is in process, still on schedule to begin equipment inspections September I".
* WCH needs training records for those on site during mobilization (HGET, FR H&S Plan)
* Have first DDI laborer walkdown and re-work air monitor 480V on ground cable signs and rope.
* Chance Notice 003 will be issued to purchase/lease JO-Kenwood radios and charge banks.
* Sub-tier contractor training prior to beginning work (IWCP work responsibility, HASP, EP,
THAs, Fall Protection Plan)
