" DDI expressed concerns about CRATER operations in the field. CRATER performance is<br />

impacting work in the field. WCH is evaluating CRATER operations and will provide feedback.<br />

(8/10) Additional detailed discussions over CRATER operations after a thorough review by the<br />

WCH CRATER expert. (8/17) WCH is continuing to evaluate and work through issues. (8/24)<br />

* Discussed provision of recycling reporting. This is a required submittal that in the past was<br />

provided only upon request. WCH EPL now needs to receive this quarterly. (8/17) Discussed<br />

coordinating this submission with the quarterly CID reporting. (8/24) WCH EPL commits to<br />

providing a format for the recycling reporting. (8/3 1)<br />

* DDI Quarterly Chemical Inventory submittal due to WCH no later than Tuesday, 9/7. (8/24) On<br />

target for submission. (8/3 1)<br />

" DDI requests that as Project Manager, Raymond Ferguson, is leaving the project, WCH please<br />

copy Tamara Dance on all correspondence. DDL does not have any candidates for replacement at<br />

this time. (8/17) WCH has received and is reviewing resumes for Project Manager and <strong>Site</strong><br />

Safety Officer. (8/24) WCH has relayed to DDI its denial of the candidate provided as PM.<br />

WCH is in receipt of and has responded to the objection raised by DDI as a result of that denial.<br />

DDI indicated they have submitted an additional letter asking for another review of this<br />

candidate, WCH is in review of same. (8/3 1)<br />

o DDI indicated that their HSO will be leaving the project on 9/9. The replacement for that<br />

position will be starting on 9/13.<br />

*Waterline drawing draft in place to be walked down today. (8/24) DDI would still like<br />

walkdown prior to final submission. (8/3 1)<br />

" WCH asks if DDI has any plans to bring on an additional teamster. (8/10) DDI indicated there<br />

are no plans to bring on another teamster. This leaves seven (7) teamsters for 10 trucks. (8/17)<br />

DDI brought on another teamster this week. (8/3 1)<br />

" Recently WCH observed operators driving water trucks. Per the HSSA contract that is not<br />

allowable. DDI will issue a letter to their sub-tier, WCI concerning this. (8/10) DDI has not yet<br />

issued letter. (8/17) No update. (8/24)<br />

EQUIPMENT<br />

* The 225 excavator will be moved to allow for decontamination and will eventually be moved off<br />

" DDI to confirm if shuttle truck #864 left the site last week. (8/3 1)<br />
