* Discussed gasoline fueling requirements in Burial Ground and how this will be addressed by
Watts Construction. DDI to set some sort of control in place on the fuel tank and provide to
WCH.
* Discussed diesel fuel storage tank requirements, potential location, power needs and
documentation requirements. Tank to be delivered 9/24. DDI to submit tank rigging plan and
details, WCH to verify plan requirements for 8,000 gallon tank. DDI to submit tank details for
hose and reel design. DDI to provide appropriate submittals
* DDI and WCH to discuss tank ladder fall protection requirements.
* Discussed Training and Work Package development schedule. JHA's and Tech Procedures
scheduled to be completed this week.
0 11H equipment to begin showing up in the next two weeks. 1H program submitted to and being
returned with comments (WCH) this week.
* WCH to clarify tritium downwind monitoring requirements. WCH checking on RadCon and
Environmental requirements
* Discussed site lighting in new walking, working areas and tent areas, all of which are to be
verified for proper lighting.
