*DDI is struggling to find another CTH to fill the CIII Key personnel position.
*Bill McKee (CIII) is no longer on staff. DDI is pursuing another ClII candidate at this time
with no success. No change. (5/11) DDI submitted two resumes for review, both meet
minimum requirements. (5/18) DDI has retained Bill Bliss as CIH to the project. (5/25) Mr.
Bliss will be a back-up CIII. DDI has submitted an additional resume for approval as primary

" Breathing air surveillance to be performed this week. WCH QA is waiting on information from
subcontractor to complete. (5/25) Surveillance is complete. Qualifications of A. L. Compressed
Gas Company for breathing air gasses and containers has been approved by DDI and confirmed
by WCH QA as acceptable.
" DDI has not yet responded to the Subcontractor Deficiency Report - FR-2010-IF-0045-SDR-010.
(5/11) DDI to submit by Thursday, 5/20. (5/18) DDI submitted acceptable response to WCH on

* DDI was issued SDR (FR-2010-IF-0382-SDR-015) on 5/17/2010 for as-built drawings. (5/25)
