(7/14) This meeting has been delayed until the week of 7/26 to ensure key DDT personnel are<br />

able to attend. (7/20) Meeting to be scheduled for 7/29 at 1:00. (7/27)<br />

"DDI is scheduling a 25-ton certification scale test for Kenworth trucks on Tuesday, June 29 at<br />

10:00. A WCH engineer will participate in witnessing the test. (6/22) Test rescheduled to 6/3 0.<br />

DDI working to obtain information from G & H for hoist modifications. (6/29) Test, as<br />

performed, was not successful. DDI is making arrangements for another test, tentatively<br />

scheduled for 7/12/20 10. (7/6) A second test was performed without success. DDI is submitting<br />

certifications today for four (4) of the shuttle trucks. (7/14) These include the 22-ton shuttle<br />

trucks. (7/14) DDI has submitted certs, WCH has not received. DDI is planning on bringing an<br />

additional 25-ton truck to the project. (7/20) One Kenworth truck will be removed from the site,<br />

to be replaced by a 25T Peterbilt truck. (7/27)<br />

* Discussed the status of plans for handling and disposition of known large canisters in Trench K,<br />

DDI to provide details. (6/29) No update. (7/6) This will be included in the discussion to be<br />

scheduled on Monday afternoon, 7/19. (7/14) This meeting has been delayed until the week of<br />

7/26 so key DDI personnel are able to attend. (7/20) This meeting will be rescheduled to the<br />

same time as the Trench N discussion. (7/27)<br />

* Discussed Beryllium controls and medical surveillance requirements for Trench I remediation.<br />

(5/25) Medical screen in the process of being scheduled. All DDI employees will participate in<br />

this medical surveillance process. More information to follow. (6/1) Discussed medical physical<br />

scheduling. (6/15) No change. (6/22) WCH is working with AMH to schedule all project<br />

persons for physicals and training. (6/29) WCH has scheduled beryllium training, physicals still<br />

in process. (7/6) WCH has received some beryllium medical appointments (to begin next week)<br />

with the remainder to come. DDI needs to ensure that scheduled employees are aware of and<br />

show up for their scheduled appointments. Missed appointments can further impact the Trench I<br />

Silo schedule. (7/14) In process. Discussed cost allocations - Per the contract, WCH will cover<br />

the cost of the medical surveillances and training; DDI will be responsible for the labor costs, to<br />

and from the appointments and the time during the appointments. (7/20) Ongoing. (7/27)<br />

" WCH is still waiting on a procurement schedule for the fabrication items for Trench 1. This has<br />

been requested by the FR director. DDI is identifying which type of schedule is needed, is a gantbar<br />

schedule adequate? WCH has requested that DDI include all work to be performed on the 3-<br />

week look-ahead schedule. (7/20) Jewel anticipated to update schedule on a weekly basis.<br />

o How is DDI tracking the progress of the fabrication of equipment for Trench 1? (7/20) What<br />

are WCH QA plans for reviewing the equipment?<br />

" Whether the equipment is "off-the-shelf' or "custom" determines the level of<br />

oversight necessary by WCH QA. (7/27)<br />

" WCH QA is concerned about the flow down from DDI to sub-tier Jewell. (7/27)<br />

" WCH suggests a visit to sub-tier Jewell next week - tentatively Monday a.m. (7/27<br />

" On 7/8/2010 DDI submitted a letter addressing delays. WCH commits to providing a response<br />

when the STR returns from vacation. This will be a priority upon his return. (7/20)<br />

1I1. PROJECT DESIGN DRAWINGS<br />

*DDI still needs to submit for WCH review as-builts for electrical as well as the energized water<br />

line. (5/11) No change. (5/18) No change. (5/25) Electrical drawing modifications have been<br />

discussed between DDI and WCH STR. (6/1) This is a topic of discussion in a meeting on 6/10<br />

between Watts and DDI. (6/8) DDI has additional questions about these as-built requirements.<br />

(6/15) No change. (6/22) WCH has received and is in review. (6/29) DDI has received the<br />

reviewed comments from WCH and is working to get the drawing updated. They commit to
