" DDI still needs to submit for WCH review as-builts for electrical as well as the energized water

discussed between DDI and WCH STR. (6/1) This is a topic of discussion in a meeting on 6/10
between Watts and DDI. (6/8) DDI has additional questions about these as-built requirements.

" Water line as-builts are being marked up for WCH review prior to being submitted. (6/1) No
change. WCH stressed that the as-builts need to indicate the location of the water lines from hook

" Breathing air surveillance to be performed this week. WCH QA is waiting on information from
subcontractor to complete. (5/25) Surveillance is complete. Qualifications of A. L. Compressed
Gas Company for breathing air gasses and containers has been approved by DDI and confirmed
by WCH QA as acceptable. (6/1) 118-K site is satisfactory. WCH QA still working on
completion of this surveillance as it contains multiple sites. Anticipate completion by June 17.
(6/8) WCH QA is fine tuning and will distribute surveillance shortly. (6/29)
* DDI was issued SDR (FR-2010-IF-0382-SDR-015) on 5/17/2010 for as-built drawings. (5/25)
