TECHNICAL DATA SUBMITTALS/STATIJS
" See attached.
" WCH requests as-built drawings of the energized water system. No update (5/4). No update.
(5/11) SDR provided, no update. (5/18) No update. (5/25) No update. (6/8) Water line as-builts
are being marked up for WCH review prior to being submitted. WCH stressed that the as-builts
need to indicate the location of the water lines from hook up at the fence to the high tower. (6/8)
No change. (6/15) No change. (6/22) WCH to provide new drawing number for the as-built
drawing. (6/29) WCH will also provide a CADD base file to DDI for this drawing. (7/6) DDI
has received base CADD file and is in process of updating drawing. They commit to
resubmitting drawing by 7/21. (7/14) DDI is working with their design group to get the drawings
updated, but DDI has had issues with the CADD file, submission bumped to 7/26. (7/20) DDI is
reviewing the cost of drawing; anticipate submittal of drawing by 8/3. (7/27) Submittal delivery
has been pushed to 8/12. (8/3) Drawing should be available for DDI review from their sub-tier by
8/18, they will submit to WCH for review no later than 8/23. (8/10) Draft of waterline drawing
will be walked down this afternoon. (8/24) Continuing. (8/3 1) Drawings returned status 2 to
DDI. DDI to rev drawing and it will be approved as status 1. (9/22) DDI anticipates Rev B. to be
submitted Rev. 0 by COB this week. (10/5)
" WCH in review of site absence coverage plan. (10/5)

XIII. CHANGE NOTICES/STATUS/CHANGE ORDERS

" WCH will be issuing an additional change notice for trench I that will require provision of means
and methods as well as materials such as ecology blocks. (8/10) DDI should plan for draft
specification from WCH by the end of the week. (8/3 1) WCI- still waiting on specifications from
Design Engineering group to finalize issuing change notice for remainder of Trench I changes.
