2.16.5 Generate Reports.<br />
1. The LRS shall be capable <strong>of</strong> producing standard and ad hoc reports <strong>of</strong><br />
cases that were affected by mass updates and rules changes.<br />
2. The LRS shall generate a mass update exception listing <strong>of</strong> all cases<br />
that could not be updated by a mass update.<br />
3. The LRS shall produce exception listings in electronic format (using<br />
COUNTY-specified version <strong>of</strong> the Micros<strong>of</strong>t Office suite format) for<br />
further sorting and processing by COUNTY-specified Users. Other<br />
reports shall also be available in COUNTY-specified electronic<br />
format.<br />
4. The LRS shall contain a method whereby COUNTY-specified Users<br />
can electronically transmit reports and lists, including exception lists,<br />
to other COUNTY-specified Users, including workers, units, sections,<br />
or <strong>of</strong>fices.<br />
2.17 SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:<br />
The scheduling appointments process maintains <strong>of</strong>fice hours as well as<br />
COUNTY-specified Users’ work hours in order to support the management <strong>of</strong><br />
COUNTY-specified Users’ calendars and appointments. The LRS shall maintain<br />
the calendar <strong>of</strong> COUNTY-specified Users online and support scheduling<br />
appointments and meetings, as well as maintain other calendars and schedules.<br />
The LRS scheduling appointment process shall also integrate with and update<br />
(online real-time) COUNTY’s calendaring application.<br />
2.17.1 Build Appointment Schedules.<br />
1. The LRS shall include an efficient method for creating and<br />
maintaining scheduling pr<strong>of</strong>iles that shall be used to generate<br />
appointments, including:<br />
a. Intake;<br />
b. Redetermination, Recertification, and Annual Agreement;<br />
c. Verification;<br />
d. SSIAP appointments;<br />
e. GAIN appointments, including non-compliance appointments;<br />
f. Cal-Learn appointments;<br />
g. GROW appointments;<br />
h. GR Pre-Termination Hearing appointments; and<br />
