3. The LRS shall generate the appropriate NOAs when a periodic report<br />
is incomplete or has not been received.<br />
4. The LRS shall include the ability to provide the same support for<br />
electronic versions <strong>of</strong> periodic reports as is required for paper versions<br />
<strong>of</strong> periodic reports.<br />
2.12.4 Generate Reports.<br />
1. The LRS shall be capable <strong>of</strong> producing standard and ad hoc reports<br />
regarding participant periodic reporting activities.<br />
2. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to request a list <strong>of</strong><br />
periodic reports that are incomplete or have not been received as <strong>of</strong> a<br />
specified date, to be displayed online and/or printed locally.<br />
3. The LRS shall provide reports which must support Local Office Site<br />
management <strong>of</strong> the processes down to the worker level and then<br />
progressing to unit, section and <strong>of</strong>fice levels. Performance measures<br />
are required at each level, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
2.13 REDETERMINATION, RECERTIFICATION, AND ANNUAL<br />
AGREEMENT:<br />
The Redetermination, Recertification, and Annual Agreement processes<br />
periodically validate eligibility information. These processes receive updated<br />
participant information and evaluate the LRS Data for ongoing participant<br />
eligibility. The requirements are program-specific. The LRS must support these<br />
requirements and processes in accordance with all applicable federal, State, and<br />
local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, guidelines, directives, policies, and<br />
procedures.<br />
2.13.1 Determining the Period.<br />
1. The LRS shall establish Redetermination, Recertification, and/or<br />
Annual Agreement periods.<br />
2. The LRS shall establish the same Redetermination, Recertification,<br />
and/or Annual Agreement due month where possible when multiple<br />
aid types are received, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
3. The LRS shall calculate and set the next Redetermination,<br />
Recertification, and/or Annual Agreement due dates at intake and once<br />
the current Redetermination, Recertification, and/or Annual<br />
Agreement has been processed.<br />
