c. State (example, California Bureau <strong>of</strong> Automotive Repair for<br />

business licensing for Vendor services);<br />

d. Web-based mapping services (e.g., Yahoo! Maps, Google Maps,<br />

and Mapquest); and<br />

e. COUNTY sites.<br />

21. The LRS shall track Cal-Learn participants on an individual level with<br />

reference to their parents/guardian case that they were previously<br />

associated with as a minor.<br />

22. The LRS shall automatically create an initial Cal-Learn participant<br />

ninety (90) day control period during which report cards are not due<br />

and bonus or Sanctions do not apply.<br />

23. The LRS shall allow for the Cal-Learn participant ninety (90) day<br />

control period, to be changed or reset as specified by COUNTY.<br />

24. The LRS shall control and track child care services and time sheets, as<br />

specified by COUNTY.<br />

2.28.3 Work Participation Program and Cal-Learn Reporting.<br />

1. The LRS shall generate a list <strong>of</strong> appointments for a date range defined<br />

by COUNTY-specified User(s) that is both for online viewing and/or<br />

printing that can be selected and/or sorted by <strong>of</strong>fice, section, unit,<br />

worker and/or time, including:<br />

a. Participant demographic data;<br />

b. Appointment type;<br />

c. Priority;<br />

d. <strong>Public</strong> assistance eligibility status and effective date;<br />

e. Reason for appointment;<br />

f. Who the appointment is with; and<br />

g. By whom and how the appointment was scheduled.<br />

2. The LRS shall provide a list <strong>of</strong> participants with unscheduled<br />

appointments or appointments scheduled into the future beyond a<br />

COUNTY specified and modifiable time period, that can be selected<br />

and/or sorted by appointment type, Service Provider(s), <strong>of</strong>fice, section,<br />

unit, worker, and/or days waiting. The list shall be both available for<br />

on-line viewing and/or printing including:<br />

a. Participant demographic data;<br />

b. Appointment type to be scheduled;<br />

c. Priority;<br />
