The LRS shall include reporting functionality flexible enough to<br />

produce these reports readily without requiring significant<br />

customization by CONTRACTOR or COUNTY Users. To the<br />

greatest extent possible, reports shall be Web-based and available<br />

online, so that the User may view and/or print reports locally, as<br />

needed. The LRS shall include a solution that optimizes<br />

performance <strong>of</strong> the reporting system, while also ensuring the<br />

integrity <strong>of</strong> LRS Data used for the reports.<br />

1. The LRS shall include reporting capabilities for all<br />

processing environments.<br />

2. The LRS shall maintain a copy <strong>of</strong> the most current database<br />

<strong>of</strong> all production environment LRS Data for the purposes <strong>of</strong><br />

ad-hoc reporting.<br />

3. The LRS shall support the online viewing <strong>of</strong> batch reports<br />

that indicate everything occurring during batch cycles.<br />

4. The LRS shall retain online access to reports for minimum<br />

specified periods <strong>of</strong> time prior to archiving:<br />

a. Daily reports: 120 days;<br />

b. Weekly reports: 26 weeks;<br />

c. Monthly reports: 12 months;<br />

d. Quarterly reports: 12 quarters; and<br />

e. Yearly reports: 3 years.<br />

5. The LRS shall include a specified strategy for archiving and<br />

accessing, for reporting purposes, production environment<br />

LRS Data up to seven (7) years old that is not available for<br />

online access.<br />

6. The LRS shall include a specified strategy for archiving adhoc<br />

documents and reports.<br />

7. The LRS shall enforce referential integrity <strong>of</strong> its reporting<br />

databases to ensure that actions such as change and delete on<br />

entity entries are correctly applied to all associated table<br />

entries to prevent orphaned rows in those tables and to ensure<br />

accuracy <strong>of</strong> the LRS Data for reports.<br />
