15. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to invoke a data<br />

advance feature within case simulation, without affecting the<br />

performance <strong>of</strong> the LRS or the ability <strong>of</strong> other Users to use the case<br />

simulation feature at the same time.<br />

2.6.2 e-Learning Training.<br />

1. The LRS shall include e-Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware that is commercially<br />

available and shall be recognized as one <strong>of</strong> the top three industry<br />

products that have an established track record in the industry for<br />

meeting e-Learning needs.<br />

2. In the event that there is no commercially available e-Learning<br />

s<strong>of</strong>tware that can meet all LRS e-Learning requirements,<br />

CONTRACTOR shall present a recommendation to COUNTY <strong>of</strong> the<br />

top three industry products and shall show what specific requirements<br />

cannot be met for each. COUNTY shall make the final selection <strong>of</strong> the<br />

e-Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware.<br />

3. The e-Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware used for Countywide implementation training<br />

and for inclusion into the LRS Application S<strong>of</strong>tware shall be one and<br />

the same.<br />

4. The LRS e-Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware shall undergo comprehensive testing<br />

prior to implementation. If independent COUNTY testing <strong>of</strong> the e-<br />

Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware demonstrates that there is any Deficiency in any e-<br />

Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware module, CONTRACTOR shall correct such<br />

Deficiency in the LRS e-Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware module, as determined by<br />

COUNTY Project Director.<br />

5. The LRS e-Learning modules shall be accessible to COUNTYspecified<br />

Users.<br />

6. The LRS e-Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware shall include module creation and<br />

maintenance capability for COUNTY-specified Users, including:<br />

a. COUNTY trainers;<br />

b. BWS training team;<br />

c. Selected technical staff from ITD and ESD;<br />

d. Selected BPP Users;<br />

e. Local Office Site trainers; and<br />

f. Selected DCFS staff.<br />

7. CONTRACTOR shall train COUNTY-specified training staff on the<br />

use <strong>of</strong> the e-Learning s<strong>of</strong>tware used to create the LRS e-Learning<br />

modules.<br />
