19. All LRS training materials shall be CONTRACTOR maintained to<br />
reflect the latest version <strong>of</strong> LRS Application S<strong>of</strong>tware and the changes<br />
resulting from evaluations and use during User Acceptance Testing,<br />
Pilot, and Countywide implementation.<br />
20. The LRS shall include the following e-Learning modules with<br />
automated testing, controls, and recording by COUNTY-specified<br />
Users. If a module is identified as being “program-specific”, then a<br />
separate module for each appropriate program with the appropriate<br />
business rules, situations, and screens is required. Some items shall<br />
include a separate module for each sub-category (e.g. earned income,<br />
in-kind income, and non-earned income are three distinct income types<br />
and shall be three distinct e-Learning modules):<br />
a. Orientation that provides a general overview <strong>of</strong> the LRS<br />
Application S<strong>of</strong>tware, including the GUI navigation methodology,<br />
and technology;<br />
b. Functional changes from DPSS Systems to the LRS;<br />
c. Functional changes from DCFS Systems to the LRS;<br />
b. Report use and generation;<br />
c. Address changes (program-specific);<br />
d. Income changes (program-specific), including:<br />
i. Earned income;<br />
ii. In-kind income; and<br />
iii. Non-earned income;<br />
e. Changes in household composition (program-specific), including:<br />
i. Absent parent returns;<br />
ii. Newborn; and<br />
iii. Child in and out <strong>of</strong> the home or placement;<br />
f. Case opening, Case Opening Clerk, and CIN assignment<br />
procedures;<br />
g. Traditional intake process (program-specific);<br />
h. e-Government screening, application, and case maintenance<br />
processes;<br />
i. Redetermination, Recertification, and Annual Agreement<br />
processes (program-specific);<br />
j. Federal/State residency status documentation (program specific);<br />
k. Resource changes (program-specific), including:<br />
