<strong>of</strong> Required LRS Interfaces) <strong>of</strong> this Attachment B.<br />

2.20.1 General.<br />

1. The LRS shall provide for the support <strong>of</strong> system interfaces and<br />

integration necessary for the coordination <strong>of</strong> services with other<br />

federal, State, and COUNTY agencies and other external agencies, for<br />

the purposes <strong>of</strong> reducing paperwork, verification <strong>of</strong> LRS Data, and<br />

preventing the duplication <strong>of</strong> LRS Data entry.<br />

2. The LRS shall trigger automated requests for LRS Data exchange <strong>of</strong><br />

information with other systems, based on information captured during<br />

the application registration, application evaluation, intake, case<br />

maintenance, and referral processes.<br />

3. The LRS shall include the ability to extract LRS Data residing on<br />

external systems and communicate the results <strong>of</strong> any automated LRS<br />

Data matches.<br />

4. The LRS shall match LRS Data from external interfaces to an<br />

applicant’s or participant’s case record and update the LRS database<br />

when appropriate.<br />

5. The LRS shall identify, determine the significance <strong>of</strong>, and report<br />

discrepancies between LRS Data received via external interfaces and<br />

existing applicant, participant, and/or case records.<br />

6. The LRS shall parse and display interface alerts by system-related and<br />

User-related errors, and generate reports for analysis and corrective<br />

actions by CONTRACTOR and for review by COUNTY.<br />

7. The CONTRACTOR shall analyze all interface alerts, perform<br />

corrective actions for interface alerts resulting from system-related<br />

errors, and provide recommendations for interface alerts resulting from<br />

User-related errors.<br />

8. The LRS shall alert and provide COUNTY-specified details to the<br />

worker <strong>of</strong> discrepancies between LRS Data received via external<br />

interfaces and existing applicant, participant, and/or case records, so<br />

that the worker can take the necessary action(s) to resolve the<br />

discrepancies.<br />

9. The LRS shall display summary and detailed interface LRS Data that<br />

has been received from external systems, as specified by COUNTY.<br />

10. The LRS shall update the appropriate case and/or individual LRS<br />

Data, recalculate eligibility, and redetermine benefit amounts when<br />

interface LRS Data affects eligibility, to the maximum extent possible.<br />
