2.19.2 Alerts and Reminders.<br />
1. The LRS shall include alerts and reminders for pending and ongoing<br />
work.<br />
2. The LRS shall calculate the due date for each application for<br />
assistance and generate alerts and reminders in order to assist<br />
COUNTY-specified Users and supervisors in tracking the application<br />
process, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
3. The LRS shall track assistance unit and participant circumstances and<br />
generate a reminder when a required case maintenance activity is<br />
coming due.<br />
4. The LRS shall generate e-notifications (e.g., e-mail, fax, telephone<br />
messaging) providing information to COUNTY-specified Users as<br />
well as individuals/entities outside <strong>of</strong> the LRS based on COUNTYspecified<br />
lists.<br />
5. The LRS shall generate a reminder informing a COUNTY-specified<br />
User that the LRS will be taking automatic action, in order to provide<br />
the COUNTY-specified User with the opportunity to override the<br />
action, if necessary, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
6. The LRS shall generate an alert informing COUNTY-specified Users<br />
when an automatic case action has been completed.<br />
7. The LRS shall track action taken by COUNTY-specified Users and/or<br />
the LRS and shall disposition alerts and reminders as the case actions<br />
are completed.<br />
8. The LRS shall remove and store all alerts and reminders after a<br />
COUNTY-specified time period.<br />
9. The LRS shall, for reporting purposes, track and record the type,<br />
volume, and timeliness <strong>of</strong> completed alerts and reminders that have<br />
been dispositioned.<br />
10. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to delete or manually<br />
disposition alerts and reminders.<br />
11. The LRS shall automatically disposition alerts and reminders<br />
whenever possible, as specified by COUNTY.<br />
12. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to access the alert and<br />
reminder list and move between the alert and reminder list and the case<br />
record through a simple navigation process.<br />
13. The LRS shall remind COUNTY-specified Users <strong>of</strong> a pending alert<br />
when COUNTY-specified Users accesses a case with a pending alert.<br />
