i. IFDS appointments.<br />
2. The LRS shall maintain a Local Office Site schedule pr<strong>of</strong>ile for each<br />
<strong>of</strong>fice, containing working days, holidays, <strong>of</strong>fice hours, and the<br />
number and capacity <strong>of</strong> conference rooms available, as specified by<br />
COUNTY.<br />
3. The LRS shall include an individual schedule pr<strong>of</strong>ile used to maintain<br />
the calendar <strong>of</strong> COUNTY-specified Users.<br />
4. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users (e.g., supervisors) to<br />
update schedules and calendars for other COUNTY-specified Users.<br />
5. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to define the interval<br />
<strong>of</strong> appointments in minutes or hours (e.g. every 15 minutes) and<br />
exclude blocks <strong>of</strong> time (e.g., lunch hour, breaks, vacations, regular day<br />
<strong>of</strong>f, meetings, and protected time).<br />
2.17.2 Generate Appointments.<br />
1. The LRS shall include the ability to schedule appointment dates and<br />
times or suggest possible appointment dates and times, based on the<br />
scheduling pr<strong>of</strong>iles and work schedule.<br />
2. The LRS shall include the ability to schedule appointments for specific<br />
case actions, as designated by COUNTY-specified Users.<br />
3. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to manually set<br />
appointments as needed and to maintain and track appointments set by<br />
COUNTY-specified Users.<br />
4. The LRS shall accommodate a variety <strong>of</strong> scheduling approaches that<br />
will allow each <strong>of</strong>fice to use an approach, or combination <strong>of</strong><br />
approaches, that best matches its program, facility, and staffing levels,<br />
including face-to-face appointments, telephone appointments,<br />
individual appointments, and group appointments.<br />
5. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to override<br />
appointments assigned by the LRS.<br />
6. The LRS shall set additional appointments as appropriate if the<br />
participant fails to show to his first scheduled appointment.<br />
7. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to cancel or<br />
reschedule appointments set by the LRS and by COUNTY-specified<br />
Users, as necessary.<br />
8. The LRS shall set appointments for case situations, including the<br />
following:<br />
e. Face-to-face Redetermination, Recertification, or Annual<br />
Agreement;<br />
