for any case.<br />
4. The LRS ED/BC modularity shall allow multiple programmers to code<br />
on different areas <strong>of</strong> ED/BC at the same time.<br />
5. The LRS shall support the storage <strong>of</strong> the specific program rule(s) that<br />
cause a failure <strong>of</strong> an eligibility factor(s) in such a manner that<br />
COUNTY-specified Users in simulation or production mode can view<br />
and track the reason for failing an eligibility factor within the ED/BC<br />
process for any case.<br />
6. The LRS shall support the storage <strong>of</strong> which screen(s) and which data<br />
element(s) for each program rule that cause a failure <strong>of</strong> an eligibility<br />
factor(s) in such a manner that COUNTY-specified Users in<br />
simulation or production mode can view and track the screen and LRS<br />
Data reference for failing an eligibility factor within the ED/BC<br />
process for any case.<br />
7. The LRS shall support the storage and viewing by COUNTY-specified<br />
Users <strong>of</strong> the last six (6) ED/BC result sets or ED/BC result sets within<br />
the last thirty (30) days, whichever is greater.<br />
2.8.4 ED/BC Override.<br />
22. The LRS shall include in the design <strong>of</strong> ED/BC an efficient method <strong>of</strong><br />
excluding a case from automated ED/BC processing (e.g., ED/BC<br />
override).<br />
23. The LRS ED/BC override shall be available to COUNTY-specified<br />
Users.<br />
24. The LRS shall include in the design <strong>of</strong> the ED/BC override that it<br />
accounts for adding, modifying, and deleting ED/BC override<br />
situations.<br />
25. The LRS shall include in the design <strong>of</strong> the ED/BC override a method<br />
for COUNTY-specified Users to add, modify or delete any ED/BC<br />
override situation without technical assistance.<br />
26. The LRS shall allow all LRS screens, LRS Data collection, and<br />
functions to work in the same manner for ED/BC override cases, with<br />
the exception <strong>of</strong> the ED/BC override screen(s).<br />
27. The LRS shall carry forward all appropriate person and program<br />
information, with suggested eligibility status and benefit amounts for<br />
all persons and programs, to the ED/BC override screens.<br />
28. The LRS shall allow COUNTY-specified Users to directly enter<br />
eligibility status and benefit amounts for any person and for any<br />
program only when authorized and for authorized reasons.<br />
