3. Traditional classroom specifications, including:<br />

a. No more than twenty-five (25) trainees per class;<br />

b. Workstations at a one-to-one (1:1) ratio to trainees;<br />

c. Two instructors per class;<br />

d. Appropriate ergonomic desks and chairs;<br />

f. Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including<br />

for classroom access and use; and<br />

g. Projectors, screens, white boards, and other related training tools, as<br />

needed.<br />

4. Knowledge base s<strong>of</strong>tware training for COUNTY-specified Users on how to<br />

use the knowledge base s<strong>of</strong>tware, as well as training for additional COUNTYspecified<br />

Users that may add to or modify the knowledgebase.<br />

5. Training delivery methods, including:<br />

a. Video conferencing: Two-way interactive video conferencing;<br />

b. Pre-training <strong>of</strong> COUNTY-specified staff to facilitate the interactive video<br />

conferencing;<br />

c. Hands-on with LRS training modules;<br />

d. Site preparation and acquisition <strong>of</strong> COUNTY-approved equipment for<br />

interactive video conferencing shall be provided by CONTRACTOR;<br />

e. With few exceptions, LRS orientation training shall occur via interactive<br />

video conferencing at Local Office Sites;<br />

f. COUNTY training academies shall be one <strong>of</strong> the central interactive video<br />

conferencing sites; and<br />

g. Upon completion <strong>of</strong> preparations <strong>of</strong> the interactive video conferencing<br />

sites, they shall be certified in writing as ready for use and meeting the<br />

LRS requirements.<br />

6. The training schedule for each Local Office Site shall ensure that COUNTYspecified<br />

Users receive training prior to the implementation <strong>of</strong> LRS in their<br />

respective Local Office Sites, as established in the Implementation Master<br />

Plan. The training schedule for each Local Office Site shall include the<br />

following:<br />

a. Training shall be provided for support <strong>of</strong> User Acceptance Testing and<br />

Pilot as well as Countywide implementation and the needs <strong>of</strong> special<br />

groups, including COUNTY training academies trainers.<br />

b. There shall be no more than fourteen (14) days between the completion <strong>of</strong><br />

any training and the scheduled start <strong>of</strong> the use <strong>of</strong> the LRS by the trainee.<br />
