6.2 SPECIALIZED TRAINING REQUIREMENTS.<br />
CONTRACTOR shall provide specialized training during the term <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Agreement, including:<br />
1. CONTRACTOR shall provide specialized training for COUNTY-specified<br />
Users in the use <strong>of</strong> automated regression testing tools. CONTRACTOR shall<br />
develop curriculum and materials for COUNTY approval prior to delivery <strong>of</strong><br />
the training. Training shall be provided during Phase 1<br />
(Design/Development/Implementation) as needed and thereafter, not less than<br />
quarterly.<br />
2. CONTRACTOR shall provide specialized training for COUNTY-specified<br />
Users on all CONTRACTOR internal process or system notifications and<br />
alerts <strong>of</strong> anything that affects, or potentially could affect, LRS performance.<br />
CONTRACTOR shall train COUNTY-specified Users on the appropriate<br />
protocols. CONTRACTOR shall develop curriculum and materials for<br />
COUNTY approval prior to delivery <strong>of</strong> the training. Training shall be<br />
provided during Phase 1 (Design/Development/Implementation Phase) as<br />
needed and thereafter, not less than quarterly.<br />
3. CONTRACTOR shall provide specialized training for COUNTY-specified<br />
Users in the use <strong>of</strong> all e-Learning training tools. CONTRACTOR shall<br />
develop curriculum and materials for COUNTY approval prior to delivery <strong>of</strong><br />
the training. Training shall be provided during Phase 1<br />
(Design/Development/Implementation Phase) as needed and thereafter, not<br />
less than quarterly.<br />
4. CONTRACTOR shall provide specialized training for COUNTY-specified<br />
Users in the use <strong>of</strong> all performance monitoring tools. CONTRACTOR shall<br />
develop curriculum and materials for COUNTY approval prior to delivery <strong>of</strong><br />
the training. Training shall be provided during Phase 1<br />
(Design/Development/Implementation Phase) as needed and thereafter, not<br />
less than quarterly.<br />
5. CONTRACTOR shall provide specialized training for COUNTY-specified<br />
Users in the management, administration and use <strong>of</strong> the knowledge base<br />
s<strong>of</strong>tware and tools. CONTRACTOR shall develop curriculum and materials<br />
for COUNTY approval prior to delivery <strong>of</strong> the training. Training shall be<br />
provided during Phase 1 (Design/Development/Implementation Phase) as<br />
needed and thereafter, not less than quarterly.<br />
6.3 TRAINING COMPONENTS.<br />
The LRS shall include the following major training components which shall be<br />
available from the LRS workstation or laptop, through local two-way video<br />
