CTI<br />
Computer/Telephony Integration - An<br />
automated interactive voice response system<br />
to be used by participants in order to make<br />
telephone inquiries about case status and<br />
benefits. Certain data is extracted from the<br />
existing LEADER System and sent to the CTI<br />
system. Participant accesses information by<br />
use <strong>of</strong> a unique and authenticated Customer<br />
Service Center ID and PIN that is generated<br />
by, and stored on the existing LEADER<br />
System. Participants may speak to live agent<br />
by pressing a pre-defined telephone key. The<br />
IVR will then send the customer ID and case<br />
number to the customer tracking system to<br />
request a screen population. Existing LEADER<br />
System sends all required data for the screen<br />
population to the customer tracking system.<br />
Real estate property information - For use by<br />
DPSS’ WFP&I and the Property <strong>Services</strong><br />
Division <strong>of</strong> Medi-Cal Long Term Care,<br />
DataQuick contains public ownership<br />
information and property characteristic<br />
information collected from county recorders'<br />
and assessors' <strong>of</strong>fices. DataQuick compiles<br />
real property data from the county assessor<br />
and recorder <strong>of</strong>fices and then sells it to<br />
COUNTY in a more defined and useful file<br />
format. Currently, WFP&I has access to Los<br />
Angeles and surrounding counties data. This<br />
product is purchased on a CD format in yearly<br />
basis. It is loaded and maintained on a<br />
computer by ISD/ITD.<br />
